Terms and conditions:

This offer is only available between [03/11/2025 and [28/11/2025]. This offer is open for all individuals who are new and existing patients at Lander Dental and Implant Clinic. The offer is only available where the appointment booked and attended before 23:59 on [28/11/2025]. 

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with hygienist treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for hygiene treatment will be charged at an additional cost. 

Appointments for the hygiene treatment are subject to availability. The hygiene treatment discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Lander Dental and Implant Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Lander Dental and Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Lander Dental and Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The hygiene treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Lander Dental and Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Lander Dental and Implant Clinic does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Lander Dental and Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. 

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Lander Dental and Implant Clinic negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Lander Dental and Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
