Practice accessibility

Lander Dental & Implant Clinic is a Grade II listed building situated at 3 Upper Lemon Villas TR1 2PD. This is at the top of Lemon Street hill, Truro – opposite the Truro Health Park.

There are no parking facilities at the practice. Therefore, patient access to the practice is either:

• drop off in private car directly outside the practice front door; please be aware of the road restriction markings of double yellow lines and a bus stop
• local bus – Nos 36, 66 and U1 buses stop outside the practice. The bus stop is called the Lander Monument stop
• local taxi
• via foot

If patients are unable to make the two steps up to the front door into the practice, a wheelchair and ramp are available on request. We will await your arrival and be on hand to assist you.

Please note: most patient facilities are available on the ground floor APART FROM THE TOILETS AND CBCT SCANNER. A member of our team will always be available to assist and escort you to these facilities. Plans to relocate the 1st floor toilet facilities to the ground floor are currently being assessed.
